The Brown County chapter of the League of Women Voters and Farm Bureau sponsored three nights of forums last week at which candidates for local offices answered questions from the public.
Tuesday, Oct. 12: County commissioner, county council, county auditor, county assessor and county clerk candidates - 7 p.m., County Office Building.
Wednesday, Oct. 13: Town council candidates - 7 p.m., Town Hall.
Thursday, Oct. 14: Sheriff, prosecutor and coroner candidates - 7 p.m., County Office Building.
Information also will be available on local and state referendums.
