Melbert, Earl S. Elliot, Daisy B. Elliot, J. Eugene Sanders, James H. Hause, Joseph A. Kuntz and Elizabeth M. Kuntz, the unknown wives, widows, heirs, devisees, successors, assigns and all other persons claiming any right to, tile or interest in the hereinafter described Real Estate.

This summons is to the defendants named above, and to any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Brown Circuit Court, 20 East Main Street, Nashville, Indiana, 47448, (812) 988-7557, in an action entitled Complaint to Quiet Title and Reform Plat, Cause No. 07C01-1008-PL-0438, by the persons named above as plaintiffs. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the Defendants named above, the unknown wives, widows, heirs, devisees, successors, assigns and all other personals claiming any right, title or interest in the described real estate, whose addresses and whereabouts are unknown.

The nature of this suit against you is an action to quiet title and reform plat to this real estate. An answer or other response in writing to the complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney on or before November 19, 2010, which is 30 days after the third publication of this summons by publication and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded by the plaintiffs.
