NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE


By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1005-MF-0275 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Sandra C. Whitaker, solely in the capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Gary M. Whitaker a/k/a Gary Michael Whitaker and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Cardinal Financial Company, Ltd.
