NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE


By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0301-MF-0010 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Danny L. Morgan, Scarlet L. Morgan, Steven R. Morgan, Kimberly K. Morgan, Morgan Land Company, Inc., Robin E. Stevens and Gatesville Country Store, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20 day of October, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Part of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said quarter quarter section and the Salt Creek County Road; thence Northwesterly with the center of said Salt Creek County Road to a point 95 feet South of the North line of said quarter quarter section; thence South 86 degrees 56 minutes 13 seconds East 391.48 feet to the center of Sweetwater Creek; thence Southerly with the center of said Sweetwater Creek to the North Fork of Salt Creek; thence Southerly with the center of said North Fork of Salt Creek to the East line of said quarter quarter section; thence South with said East line to the beginning, containing 8.40 acres, more or less. Specifically excepting the following real estate: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 3 East in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, said part being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a nail at the intersection of the center of Salt Creek Road with the center of Georgetown-Columbus Highway; thence South 02 degrees 02 minutes 11 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the center of said Salt Creek Road 226.54 feet to a nail marking the Northwest corner of a 2.0 acre tract of land per Deed Record 151, page 411 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, and being the Point Of Beginning of this description (the next two calls are along the North and East lines of said 2.0 acre tract); 1) South 89 degrees 14 minutes 16 seconds East along the North line of said 2.0 acre tract 391.48 feet to the center of the North Fork of Salt Creek; 2) South 33 degrees 59 minutes 16 seconds West 161.33 feet to a rebar marking the Southeast corner of a 2.236 acre survey performed in April 2003; thence South 89 degrees 14 minutes 16 seconds West 307.85 feet to a nail on the West line of said 2.0 acre tract; thence North 02 degrees 50 minutes 02 seconds East along said West line 132.82 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.064 acres, more or less. Subject, however, to all legal highways, rights of way, easements and restrictions of record. More commonly known as 4505 Salt Creek Rd, Nashville, IN 47448-8519. Parcel No. 07-02-36-400-141.000-006. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
