By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0902-MF-0085 wherein EverHome Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Joseph G. Mofield and Laurel L.
