By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0911-MF-0614. Plaintiff: BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP. Defendant: Allen J. Mingus, et al.
