By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0912-MF-00367, wherein Harris NA Successor in Interest to First National Bank & Trust was Plaintiff and The Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors whether known or unknown of Martin L. Fleener Sr., et al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on 10-20, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. of said day at the Office of the Sheriff of Brown County located at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 10 North, Range 2 Eat, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the center of the Illinois Central Railroad Tract in the center of the Nashville, Indiana and Helmsburg Indiana Public Highway running South a distance of 496 feet to the Place of Beginning; thence East 115 feet; thence South 32 feet; thence West 115 feet; thence North 32 feet to the Place of Beginning. ALSO commencing at the Illinois Central Railroad; running thence South following the center of the Charles Wilson Pike a distance of 500 feet to the Place of Beginning; thence East 135 feet; thence North 70 feet; thence 100 feet; thence South 179 feet to the line of the Helms; thence West 235 feet; thence North 109 feet to the Place of Beginning, containing 1 acre more or less.
