By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0808-MF-0444, wherein Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-14, was Plaintiff, and Glenda S. Dahlstrom, William R. Dahlstrom, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of October, 2010, at the hour starting at 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 4 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of the Quarter Quarter and the Centerline of Beck's Grove Road, being 203.72 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Quarter Quarter; thence North 26 degrees 21 minutes East 300 feet along the centerline; thence North 89 degrees 43 mintues East 420.06 feet to a ½ inch rebar; thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes East 268.17 feet to a ½ rebar on the South line of the Quarter Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes West 554.54 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less. More commonly known as: 6457 South Becksgrove Road, Columbus, IN 47201. Parcel #002-48600-00. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
