Date of Sale: October 20, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher's Name/County: The Brown County Democrat - Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $123,186.14. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1003-MF-0152. Plaintiff: Household Finance Corporation III. Defendant: James L. Bay and Peggy F. Bay, et al. Required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, starting at 10:00 am of said day as listed above, at, fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: Exhibit A: Legal Description: A part of the southwest quarter of section 28, township 10 north, range 2 east, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of State Road No. 45, 1446.00 feet south, and 345.90 feet east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 28, township 10 north, range 2 east, thence south 302.37 feet; thence north 73 degrees 49 minutes west 150.00 feet; thence north 302.37 feet to the center line of said road; thence with said road south 73 degrees 49 minutes east 150.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less.
