Date of Sale: October 20, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher's Name/County: The Brown County Democrat - Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $123,186.14. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1003-MF-0152. Plaintiff: Household Finance Corporation III. Defendant: James L. Bay and Peggy F. Bay, et al.
