MICHAEL E. WIGGIN, DONNA J. WIGGIN, CARA GAIL GEHRING, Defendants

 

SUMMONS - SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, which is legally described as: The west side, bounded by parallel lines off the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section thirteen (13), township ten (10) north, range three (3) east, containing 24 acres, more or less in the west side of said tract; except two acres out of the northwest corner thereof heretofore deeded to Catherine Slevins, leaving the amount conveyed 22 acres, more or less. Also except 18 acres deeded to Arthur E. and Phyllis Warren in 1987 leaving 4 acres, more or less. Subject to all liens, easements and encumbrances of record. This property is commonly known as 7733 Sweetwater Trail, Nineveh, IN 46164. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants whose addresses are: Cara Gail Gehring, 11849 Ledgerock Court, Fishers, IN 46037; Donna J. Wiggin, 4505 N 225 W, Franklin, IN 46131. And to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown: Michael E. Wiggin. In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 6th day of October, 2010 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
