A part of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point 6 rods 8 feet North of the Southeast corner of said described tract; thence running North 34 road 8-1/2 feet; thence West in the center of the Public Highway 27-1/2 roads; thence South in the center of said Public Highway 34 rods 4-1/2 feet; thence East to the place of beginning, containing 6 acres more or less. More commonly known as 7093 Hicks Rd, Nineveh, IN 46164-8903. Parcel No. 07-02-19-400-170.000-006.  Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
