NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE



By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1002-MF-82 wherein Bank United, FSB was Plaintiff, and Brenda C. Vermillion a/k/a Brenda Vermillion was Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of 08, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. A part of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point 6 rods 8 feet North of the Southeast corner of said described tract; thence running North 34 road 8-1/2 feet; thence West in the center of the Public Highway 27-1/2 roads; thence South in the center of said Public Highway 34 rods 4-1/2 feet; thence East to the place of beginning, containing 6 acres more or less. More commonly known as 7093 Hicks Rd, Nineveh, IN 46164-8903. Parcel No. 07-02-19-400-170.000-006.  Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
