NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1002-MF-0108 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Patricia A. Johnson and Fifth Third Bank f/k/a Civitas Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of 08, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. PARCEL NO. 1: A part of the South end of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West side of Indiana State Highway No. 46, 229 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 34, Township 9 North, Range 2 East; thence West along the Section line 728 feet to a point; thence North 175 feet to a point; thence East 825 feet to a concrete marker on the right-of-way of Indiana State Highway No. 46; thence following said right-of-way of Indiana State Highway No. 46 in a Southwesterly direction 195 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 4 acres, more or less. Said tract of acreage erroneously referred to as Lot Numbered One (1) in the Wands Kelley Acres Addition as shown by a plat recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 8 on page 370, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. II: A part of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 9 North, Range 2 East; thence West 229 feet to the West right-of-way line of State Road No. 46; thence following said West right-of-way line in a Northeasterly direction 195 feet to a point; thence West 369 feet to a point, which is the point of beginning for the real estate herein described; thence North 347 feet to a point; thence West 456 feet to a point; thence South 347 feet to a point; thence East 456 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.6 acre. (Also designated as Lot No. 5 in The Wards Kelley Acres Addition, the plat of which was recorded July 1, 1946 in Miscellaneous Record No. 8 on page 370, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana).
