By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 8, 2010, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County, in Brown County, Indiana, located at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448 on August 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes West 446.7 feet; thence North 27 degrees 00 minutes West 726.8 feet; thence Southeasterly with the center of the County Road 901.2 feet; thence South 51 degrees 08 minutes East 126.1 feet to the beginning, containing 4.90 acres more or less. Commonly known as: 5153 Plum Creek Road, Nashville, IN 47448-8294.Tax ID Number: 07-06-06-200-102.000-002. This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled “An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith” (see Indiana Code).
