NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Date of Sale: August 25, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher’s Name/County: The Brown County Democrat – Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $120,720.18. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1002-MF-0103. Plaintiff: CitiMortgage, Inc. Defendant: Derek Grider and Donita Grider, et al.
