Date of Sale: August 25, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher’s Name/County: The Brown County Democrat – Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $61,001.75. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0812-MF-0671. Plaintiff: JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of March 1, 2003, ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1. Defendant: Offard Eugene Burkhart, et al.
