Date of Sale: August 25, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher’s Name/County: The Brown County Democrat – Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $61,001.75. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0812-MF-0671. Plaintiff: JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of March 1, 2003, ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1. Defendant: Offard Eugene Burkhart, et al. Required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, starting at 10:00 am of said day as listed above, at, fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: Part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 14, township 10 north, range 3 east: Beginning at the southeast corner of said quarter quarter; running thence north 70 rods to the center of the public highway; thence west with the center of said public highway, 23 rods, more or less, to a point; thence south to the south line of said quarter section; thence east to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres more or less.
