By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0901-MF-0037 wherein Chase Home Finance
LLC was Plaintiff, and Phillip D. Shade, Janet
L. Shade and Firefi ghters Credit Union were Defendants,
required me to make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with interest and cost,
I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder,
on the 6 day of January, 2010, at the hour of
10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible,
