NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0811-MF-0615 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA
was Plaintiff, and Lales L. Martin and Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee
for Mortgageit, Inc. were Defendants, required
me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree
with interest and cost, I will expose at public
sale to the highest bidder, on the 6th day of January,
2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East,
Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole
body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

of 183.83 feet; thence north 88 degrees 29

to the point of beginning; thence north 01 degrees

05 minutes 09 seconds west for a distance of 6.80
feet; thence north 89 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds
west for a distance of 51.60 feet to a mag
nail in the center of Locust Lane; thence south
42 degrees 14 minutes 13 seconds west for a distance
of 12.49 feet; thence north 88 degrees 20
minutes 02 seconds east for a distance of 60.15
feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.01
acres, more or less. More commonly known as
331 Locust Ln, Nashville, IN 47448-7023. Parcel
No. 001-20300-04 (PT LOTS 10 AND 29).
