NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0906-MF-0371 wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC
was Plaintiff, and Jason A. Kramer was Defendant,
required me to make the sum as provided
for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will
expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the
6th day of January, 2010, at the hour of 10:00
a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55
State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee
simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown
County, Indiana. Tract No. 1: A part of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of section
20, township 9 north, range 3 east, Brown County,
Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said quarter
quarter section; running thence east along the
north line of said quarter quarter section 340 feet
to a point in the center line of State Highway No.
46 as located March 12, 1963; thence south 64
degrees east 100 feet to a point, which is the point
of beginning for the tract of real estate herein described;
thence south 18-1/2 degrees west 144.8
feet to a point; thence south 64-1/4 degrees east
86.5 feet to a point; thence north 25 degrees east
125 feet to a point; thence north 58 degrees west
100 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1/3
of an acre, more or less. More commonly known
as 1683 Magnolia Ln, Nashville, IN 47448-7950.
Parcel No. 07-07-20-400-249.000-004. Together
with rents, issues, income, and profi ts thereof,
said sale will be made without relief from valuation
or appraisement laws.
