NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court
of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0906-MF-0312 wherein BAC Home Loans
Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans
Servicing, L.P. was Plaintiff, and Vincent L.
Cox, Heidi Lyn Cox and Citifi nancial Services,
Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the
sum as provided for in said Decree with interest
and cost, I will expose at public sale to the
highest bidder, on the 6th day of January, 2010,
at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter
as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville,
IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body
of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. A part
of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 26, Township 10 North, Range 2
East, described as follows: Beginning at a point
located South 88 degrees 54 minutes West 693.37
feet from the Southeast corner of said Section
26; thence South 88 degrees 54 minutes West on
and along the South section line 443.21 feet to a
branch; thence North 5 degrees 59 minutes East
with said branch 197.56 feet; thence with said
branch North 29 degrees 11 minutes West 213.52
feet to Bean Blossom Creek; thence with said
Creek North 87 degrees 17 minutes East 213.01
feet; thence North 51 degrees 21 minutes East
209.83 feet; thence North 20 degrees 28 minutes
East 134.56 feet; thence leaving said Creek South
9 degrees 03 minutes East 649.53 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 4.35 acres more or less.
More commonly known as 1191 W State Road
45, Morgantown, IN 46160-8880. Parcel No. 07-
03-26-400-163.000-002. Together with rents, issues,
income, and profi ts thereof, said sale will be
made without relief from valuation or appraisement
laws.
