NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifi ed copy of a decree to me
directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-
0906-MF-0372, wherein Indiana Bank & Trust
Company f/k/a Home Federal Bank was plaintiff
and Carrie S. Douglas a/k/a Carrie A. Douglas,
et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make
the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest
and costs, I will expose at public sale to the
highest bidder, on the 6th day of January 2010,
at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter
as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95,
Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the
whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana:
Parcel I: A part of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of section 3, township
9 north, range 2 east of the second principal meridian,
Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of
the said quarter quarter section that is 1064.25
feet east of the northwest corner thereof; thence
north 90 degrees 00 minutes east on and along the
said north line, 27.25 feet to the center line of a
public road; thence south 55 degrees 55 minutes
east on and along the said center line 212.90 feet;
thence southwesterly 205.55 feet; thence north
00 degrees 00 minutes east, 150.00 feet to the
place of beginning, containing 0.39 of an acre,
more or less. Also, a part of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of section 3, township
9 north, range 2 east of the second principal
meridian, Brown County, Indiana, described as
follows: Beginning on the north line of the said
quarter quarter at a point that is 576.33 feet east
of the northwest corner thereof, said point being
in the center of a public road; thence east on and
along the said north line 487.92 feet; thence south
150.00 feet; thence westerly 546.60 feet to the
centerline of said public road; thence northeast
on and along said centerline, 150.00 feet to the
place of beginning, containing 1.75 acres, more

Martha Sue Johnson, recorded October 24, 1979
in Deed Record 116, page 522 in the offi ce of the
Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Also except
therefrom 1.56 acres, more or less, as conveyed to
Stephen Dallas Cale and Catherine Matilda Cale,
husband and wife, recorded October 29, 1992 in
Deed Record 154, page 293—294 in the offi ce of
the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Leaving
herein described 0.56 acre, more or less. Parcel
II: Part of the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of section 34, township 10 north, range 2
east, Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana,
described as follows: Beginning in the center of a
branch, south 88 degrees 51 minutes west, 597.0
feet form the southeast corner of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of said section 34;
thence south 88 degrees 51 minutes west with the
south line of said southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter, 147.9 feet to the center of the Helmsburg
Public Road; thence northeasterly with the
center of said public road, 602.9 feet; thence
southerly with said branch 586.7 feet to the beginning,
containing 1.56 acres, more or less.
