NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Van Buren
Township, Brown County, Indiana that the proper legal
officers, at their regular meeting place at V.B. Twp. Fire
Dept., 6801 Hamilton Cr. Rd. on the 13th day of July,
2010, will consider the following additional appropriations
in excess for the budget for the current year. Time:
6:30 p.m.
Fund Name: Cumulative Fire - Major Budget Classification:
1190, Other - Amount: $58,416.54. TOTAL for
Cumulative Fire Fund: $58, 416.54.
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to
be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made
will be referred to the Department. The Department
will make a written determination as to the sufficiency
of funds to support the appropriations made within (15)
days of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
