NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 6539 Robin Dr, Nineveh, IN 46164-9528 and described as follows: Lot numbered WS-47, Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 30, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 4, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Also a part of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 19, township 10 north, range 4 east of the second principal meridian, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin found in place and marking the most southwesterly corner of Lot Number WS-47 as indicated on the Sweetwater Lake Addition Plat Sheet Number 30, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, as recorded in the records of the Brown County Recorder; thence north 46 degrees 53 minutes east (plat sheet bearing) on and along the westerly line of said Lot Number WS-47 a distance of 25.00 feet (plat and measured distance) to an iron pin found in place at the northwesterly corner thereof; thence south 87 degrees 29 minutes west 33.98 feet to an iron pin set on the apparent easterly right-of-way line of Drive WS-1; thence south 03 degrees 52 minutes west on and along said apparent easterly right-of-way line 25.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence north 61 degrees 44 minutes east 19.75 feet to the place of beginning. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Mark W. Willen. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded by the Plaintiff.
