LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PINEHURST MANOR MINOR SUBDIVISION
BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Dave Eastwood to allow a 2 lot Minor Subdivision known as Pinehurst Manor Minor Subdivision. The location of the property is 5434 Three Notch Road in Hamblen Township. Legal description of premises: The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 10 North, of Range 3 East, except 90 square rods near the northeast corner of said quarter quarter, heretofore conveyed and now used for church and burial purposes. Also, the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 10 North, of Range 3 East, except 4 acres, off of the north side thereof, bounded as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the northeast corner of the above described tract and running thence west 80 rods; thence south 8 rods; thence east 80 rods; thence north 8 rods; to the place of beginning, leaving 36 acres in the last named quarter section and containing in both of the above descriptions 76.50 acres, more or less. The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
