NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the defendants named above and any other person who may be concerned. You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on: A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 8 North, Range 4 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 8 North, Range 4 East; thence West on North line 250.00 feet to a point; thence South 867.5 feet to a point in the center of the Pikes Peak and Bellsville Public Highway; thence Easterly in the center of the Public Highway 250.00 feet to a point where East line crosses said highway; thence North on East line 837.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4 and ¾ acres, more or less. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are as follows: Angela F. Parks, 6170 Bellsville Pike, Columbus, IN 47201; John D. Perry, 6170 Bellsville Pike, Columbus, IN 47201; State of Indiana-Department of Revenue, Office of the Attorney General, Indiana Government Ctr., S 5th Floor, 402 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204; and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown: Oseetah Capital. In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit is published, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
