NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1001-MF-25 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF10 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF10 was Plaintiff, and Terri A. Winfree and Steven Winfree were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of June, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point 575 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 10 North, Range 2 East; running thence North 7.2 degrees West 216 feet to the center of a ravine; thence following the center of the ravine in a Northeasterly direction 136 feet; thence South 72 degrees East 136 feet to the East line of said Quarter Quarter section; thence South 145 feet to the Place of Beginning. Containing .75 of an acre more or less. More commonly known as 9464 N State Road 135, Morgantown, IN 46160-8640. Parcel No. 005-07010-00. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
