NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0908-MF-0473 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Keith Frey and Carolyn Frey were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of June, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Lots numbered 1 and 2 as shown on Cordry Lakes Addition, Plat Sheet #78, and recorded in Plat Book 2 on page 39, now found in Plat Cabinet 1 on Sleeve 284 A in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Except therefrom: A part of Lot #1, Cordry Lakes Addition Plat Sheet #78 located in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the iron pin that marks the southwest corner of the above described Lot #1: thence with the west line of the lot north 00 degrees 49 minutes east 19.50 feet; thence parallel with the south lot line south 89 degrees 11 minutes east 140.76 feet; thence south 34 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds east 23.96 feet to the south lot line; thence with said lot line north 89 degrees 11 minutes west 154.69 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.0661 of an acre, more or less. Also, a part of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 7, township 10 north, range 4 east, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the above described northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 7; thence with the west line of said quarter quarter south 00 degrees 49 minutes west 258.70 feet to the iron pin that marks the southwest corner of Lot #1 in Cordry Lakes Addition, Plat Sheet #78; thence with the south line of said Lot #1 south 89 degrees 11 minutes east 154.69 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence continue with said lot line south 89 degrees 11 minutes east 64.31 feet to the iron pin that marks the northwest corner of Lot #2 in Cordry Lakes Addition; thence with the west line of said Lot #2 south 00 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds west 90.13 feet; thence north 34 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds west 110.74 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.0665 of an acre, more or less. More commonly known as 8528 Center Lake Rd, Nineveh, IN 46164-9186. Parcel No. 07-01-07-300-243.000-001. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
