By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0911-MF-0612 wherein Sun Trust Mortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Michael W. Sanders, Mary J. Hensley and Discover Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of June, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. A part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 2, township 10 north, range 3 east of the second principal meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner thereof; thence west, on and along the north line of the said quarter quarter section 187.29 feet; thence south 0 degrees 53 minutes east 318.42 feet to the center line of a public road; thence north 53 degrees 32 minutes east, on and along the said centerline 223.25 feet to the east line of the said quarter quarter section; thence north on and along the said east line 180.13 feet to the place of beginning. 1.17 acres.
