By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2010, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County, in Brown County, Indiana, located at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448 on June 30, 2010 starting at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 10 North, Range 3 East in Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast quarter of said section, thence northwardly on and along the West line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 208 feet to the place of beginning; thence continuing on the last described course 510 feet to a point in the center line of a Public Highway; thence South 70 degrees East a distance of 117 feet to a point; thence South and parallel to the West line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 465 feet to a point; thence South 86 ½ degrees west a distance of 110 feet to the place of beginning; also a part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said quarter quarter section running thence North on west line 718 feet to a point in the center of public highway; thence South 70 degrees East 117 feet to the point of beginning of said tract to be described; thence south 70 degrees east following center of public highway 26 feet to a point; thence south 13 ½ degrees west 133.5 feet to a point; thence north 01 degrees east 141 feet to the point of beginning, also a part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 33, township 10 north, range 3 east described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said quarter quarter running thence East 110 feet to a point; thence North 214.5 feet to a point in the center ravine; thence South 86 ½ degrees west 110 feet to a point on the west line; thence south on west line 208 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.250 acres, more or less. Commonly known as: 2635 Gatesville Road, Nashville, IN 47448-7937 Tax ID Number: 07-02-33-200-103.000-006. This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled "An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith" (see Indiana Code). It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Brown County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
