By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 22, 2010, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County, in Brown County, Indiana, located at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448 on June 30, 2010 starting at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: A part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Four (4), Township Nine (9) North, Range Two (2) East described as follows: Beginning on the East line of said East Half Six Hundred Sixty-one and Twenty-eight Hundredths (661.28) feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence West Three Hundred Forty-four and Eight Hundredths (344.08) feet thence North Thirty One and One-Quarter (31 ¼) degrees West Seventy-nine and Five Tenths (79.5) feet; thence North Fifty-nine (59) degrees, Zero (00) minutes East One Hundred Twenty and Five Tenths (120.5) feet to a Hickory Tree; thence North Fourteen (14) feet to the center of the public road; thence with said road North Seventy-seven and One-half (77 ½) degrees West Fifty-one and Five Tenths (51.5) feet and North Forty-nine (49) degrees, Zero (00) minutes West One Hundred Forty-eight and Five Tenths (148.5) feet; thence South Sixty-four (64) degrees, Zero (00) minutes West Two Hundred Eighty (280) feet to an 8 inch Sycamore Tree; thence South Seven Hundred Seventy-three (773) feet; thence East Four Hundred Fifty (450) feet to the centerline of a public road; thence Northeast on and along said centerline Two Hundred Fifty-two and Thirty-five Hundredths (252.35) feet; thence deflecting Eighteen (18) degrees Thirty-seven (37) minutes left and running One Hundred Seven and Ten Hundredths (107.10) feet on and along said centerline to the East line of said East Half; thence North on and along the East line Three Hundred Ten and Twelve Hundredths (310.12) feet to the place of beginning, Brown County, Indiana. Containing Ten and Ninety-two Hundredths (10.92) acres, more or less. Commonly known as: 2518 Lanam Ridge Road, Nashville, IN 47448-8071. Tax ID Number: 07-06-04-200-106.000-002. This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled "An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith" (see Indiana Code). It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Brown County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
