By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1001-MF-0008 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Chad A. Doss and Lindsey E.
