NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
To The Owners Of The Within Described Real Estate And All Interested Parties:
By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1001-MF-0008 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Chad A. Doss and Lindsey E. Doss, et al were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30 day of June, 2010 at the hour(s) of 10:00 a.m. or soon after of said day, at 55 S.R. 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448 Brown County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: A part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 21, township 9 north, range 3 east, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the east line of said quarter quarter section 55 rods north of the southeast corner, said point being in the center of the public road; thence following the center of said road 59-1/2 degrees west 361 feet to a point, which is the point of beginning for the tract of real estate herein described; thence north 23-3/4 degrees west 215 feet; thence south 65-1/2 degrees west 49 feet; thence south 70.40 degrees west 122.5 feet; thence south 25 degrees west 242.5 feet to the center of said public road; thence north 59-1/2 degrees east 171.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 7/8 acre, more or less. Commonly known as: 186 Salt Creek Road, Nashville, IN 47448. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
