By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause Number 07C01-1001-MF-0009, wherein Centra Credit Union, was Plaintiff, and Andy S. Hardin and Annette Hardin, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on 30th day of June, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible at Brown County Sheriff's Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in 8829 Grandview Road, Columbus, Brown, Indiana. A part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 16, township 8 north, range 4 east, lying in Van Buren Township, Brown County, Indiana, and described as follows: Commencing at a stone found marking the southeast corner of the aforesaid quarter quarter; thence north 01 degrees 49 minutes 23 seconds east (an assumed bearing) along the east line of said quarter quarter 1332.05 feet to an iron pin set in a county road marking the northeast corner of said quarter quarter; thence north 89 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds west along said county road and the north line of said quarter quarter 1308.53 feet to an iron pin set marking the northwest corner of said quarter quarter; thence south 01 degrees 47 minutes 01 seconds west along a county road and the west line of said quarter quarter 400.43 feet to an iron pin set and the point of beginning; thence continuing south 01 degrees 47 minutes 01 seconds west along said county road and said west line 266.46 feet to an iron pin set; thence 89 degrees 19 minutes 57 seconds east a distance of 653.94 feet to an iron pin set; thence north 01 degrees 49 minutes 23 seconds east a distance of 266.47 feet to an iron pin set; thence north 89 degrees 19 minutes 57 seconds west a distance of 654.12 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.00 acres, more or less, and subject to all legal right of way easements. Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
