Date of Sale: June 30, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher's Name/County: The Brown County Democrat - Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $117,721.86. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0912-MF-0636. Plaintiff: GMAC Mortgage, LLC. Defendant: Amy T. Moon and Aaron D. Moon aka Aaron Moon, et al.
