Date of Sale: June 30, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher's Name/County: The Brown County Democrat - Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $117,721.86. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0912-MF-0636. Plaintiff: GMAC Mortgage, LLC. Defendant: Amy T. Moon and Aaron D. Moon aka Aaron Moon, et al. Also, a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 907.5 feet North of the Southeast corner of the above Quarter Quarter Section, which point is in the center of the Public Highway, thence following the center of the Public Highway South 59-1/2 degrees West 699.5 feet to a point, thence North 25 degrees 10 minutes West 406 feet to a point; thence North 31-1/2 degrees East 274 feet to a point marked by an iron stake, which point is the point of beginning of the real estate herein described; thence South 77-1/2 degrees East 126 feet to a point; thence North 28-1/2 degrees East 173 feet to a point; thence North 77-1/2 degrees West 126 feet to a point; thence South 28-1/2 degrees West 173 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3 acres, more or less.
