By virtue of a certified copy of decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, on Cause No.07C01-0912-MF-0654, wherein HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., was Plaintiff and Joseph Lawson, Personal Finance Company and Unknown Tenants/Occupants of 7777 Sweetwater Trail, Nineveh, IN 46164, were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on June 30, 2010 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, 55 State Road 46 E, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East; thence South 379.5 feet; thence East 231 feet; thence North 228.5 feet to the public road; thence following the Road North 54-3/4 degrees West 140.5 feet; thence North 43 ¼ degrees West 85 feet to the North line of said quarter quarter section; thence West 63 feet to the place of beginning, lying in the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, South and West of a public Highway, containing 1.75 acres, more or less. Also, a part of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the middle of the public highway 63 feet East on the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 10 North, Range 3 East 168 feet to a point; thence South 151 feet to a point in the middle of the public highway; thence following said public highway North 54-3/4 degrees West 140.5 feet; thence following said public highway North 43-1/4 degrees West 85 feet to the point of beginning. Containing ¼ of an acre, more or less.  Subject to all Liens, Easements and Encumbrances of Record. More commonly known as: 7777 Sweetwater Trail, Nineveh, IN 46164. Parcel No. 07-12-13-200-116.000-006 and 07-02-13-200-115.000-006. Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
