Martin; and Beneficial Indiana, Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage Co. were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 30, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 55 State Road. 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana: Part of the east half of the southwest quarter of section 25, township 9 north, range 3 east, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the public highway and the south line of said section 25; thence west with said south line 419 feet; thence north 208 feet; thence east parallel with said south line to the center of said public highway; thence southerly with said public highway 208 feet, more or less, to the beginning containing 2 acres more or less. Commonly known as 1024 Valley Branch Road, Nashville, Indiana 47448 (hereafter "Real Estate"). Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
