By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0904-MF-0229 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff and Suzanne Kempke, et al. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, on June 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. located at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County located at PO Box 95, Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple title in and to the following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: Exhibit "A": A part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 3 East; and a part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 3 East; thence running South 87 degrees 56 minutes West 19.16 feet to the center line of a road; thence North 8 degrees 20 minutes West 197.54 feet; thence continuing along the center line of said road North 23 degrees 45 minutes West 152.54 feet; thence continuing along the center line of said road North 6 degrees 2 minutes West 63.55 feet; thence leaving the road and running East 209 feet; thence South 6 degrees 2 minutes East 63.55 feet; thence South 23 degrees 45 minutes East 152.57 feet; thence South 8 degrees 40 minutes East 190 feet; thence South 87 degrees 56 minutes West 190.38 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.90 acres, more or less, subject to all easements, variances, mineral interests, encroachments, and other interests of record, and more commonly known as 6239 Susie Ayers Road, Nashville IN 47448 (Township: Van Buren; Parcel No: 02-10-28-100-103.000-002). The Sheriff's Department does not warrant the accuracy of the street address published herein. Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said Sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
