NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Date of Sale: June 30, 2010. Sale Location: 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448. Publisher's Name/County: The Brown County Democrat - Brown County. Judgment to be Satisfied: $196,158.62. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0904-MF-0199. Plaintiff: Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. Defendant: David Klinger and Michelle Klinger, et al. Required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, at the hour of 10:00 AM of said day as listed above, at, fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana:
