NOTICE OF SUIT
To the defendants above named, and any other
person who may be concerned. You are notifi
ed that you have been sued in the Court above
named. The nature of the suit against you is the
foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally
described as follows: A part of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
One (1), Township Nine (9) North, Range One
(1) East, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center of the Public
Road One Hundred Thirty-Three (133) feet East
from the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter
section; running thence East following the center
of said Public Road Seventy (70) feet to a point;
thence South Two Hundred and Five Tenths
(205.5) feet to a point; thence Westerly on an angle
parallel to the Illinois Central Railroad rightof-
way Seventy and Two Tenths (70.2) feet to a
point; thence North Two Hundred Eighteen (218)
feet to the place of beginning, containing Onethird
acre more or less in Brown County, Indiana.
Commonly known as: 6117 South Shore Drive,
Unionville, IN 47468-9528. This summons by
publication is specifi cally directed to the following
defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown
with their last known address as follows: Susan
D. Beaton 6117 South Shore Drive Unionville,
IN 47468-9528. In addition to the above-named
defendants being served by this summons, there
may be other defendants who have an interest in
this lawsuit. An answer or other appropriate response
in writing to the Complaint must be fi led
either by you or your attorney with the Clerk of
the Court for Brown County at: Clerk of Brown
County, Courthouse, P.O. Box 85, Nashville, IN
47448, (812) 988-5510 on or before the 1st day
of January, 2010, (the same being thirty (30) days
after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to
do so a judgment may be entered against you for
what the plaintiff has demanded.
