NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Brown
County Solid Waste Management District, Brown
County, Indiana that the proper legal offi cers will
consider the following additional appropriations
in excess of the budget for the current year at
their regular meeting place at the County Offi ce
Building second fl oor meeting room at 6:00 p.m.,
on the 7th day of December, 2009.
FUND NAME: GENERAL – AMOUNT
Major budget Classifi cation: 10000 Personal Services
$208612; 20000 Supplies $10670;
30000 Other Services & Charges $95394; 40000
Capital Outlays $10750. TOTAL for GENERAL
FUND $325426.
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a
right to be heard. The additional appropriations
as fi nally made will be referred to the Department
of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The
DLGF will make a written determination as to
the suffi ciency of funds to support the appropriations
made within fi fteen (15) days of receipt of a
Certifi ed Copy of the action taken.
