Legal Notice
The Brown County Planning Committee will
hold its meetings for the year 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
at the County Highway Garage in Nashville, Indiana
on the following dates: Thursday, January
7th; Thursday, March 4th; Thursday, May 6th;
Thursday, July 8th; Thursday, September 2nd;
Thursday, November 4th.
Additional meeting may be called at such other
times or places as shall be duly authorized by acts
of the Committee or its Chairperson. All interested
parties are encouraged to attend and all meetings
are open to the public. The Brown County
Emergency Plan for Hazardous Materials Incidents,
SARA Title III facilities in Brown County,
and minutes to meetings may be reviewed during
regular business hours at the County Auditor’s
offi ce in Nashville, Indiana.
