In the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana. In the Matter of the Estate of Jerry W. Greenlee, deceased, Cause No. 07C01-1004-EU-0009. Notice is hereby given that Janis S. Greenlee on the 8th day of April, 2010, was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Jerry W. Greenlee, deceased, who died on the 20th day of March, 2010. All persons who have claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
