PUBLIC NOTICE
This is public notice to ALL persons, vendors, prior owners of the property located at 4469 East SR 46, Nashville, Indiana 47448 (Commonly known as the WESTWARD HO FLEAMARKET). Prior owner was foreclosed and the property is under new ownership through acquisition from the Brown County Sheriff Sale on Wednesday March 23, 2010. Any person with claim to personal property left on the property must contact 317-216-4399. Any person with claim must provide proof through prior lease etc. A date will be provided for persons with a claim to retrieve their belongings. Absolutely no trespassing until issued date to retrieve possessions. All claims must be made prior to 30 days of Public Notice or all possessions are to be disposed of.
