NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the Johnson County REMC will be held at the Franklin Community High School located at 2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin, Indiana, on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. to take action upon the following matters: 1. The reports of officers, directors, and committees. 2. The election of one director from District 5 and District 6. 3. All other business which may come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
In connection with the election of two (2) directors scheduled for this meeting, nominations have been made by a nominating committee pursuant to the bylaws. The Board of Directors urgently requests your attendance at this meeting.
