Notice is hereby given that Natalie Stant has filed with the Area Plan Commission of the County of Brown, Indiana, an application for a Replat of (three lots) on Helmsburg Road. Legal description of premises: Stant Description: Part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 23, township 9 north, range 2 east of the second principal meridian and part of the fractional northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 24, township 9 north, range 2 east of the second principal meridian. Washington Township, Brown County, Indiana described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 23. Also the southwest corner of the fractional northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said section 24; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 second east on and along the east line of said northeast quarter, northeast quarter. Also the west line of said fractional northwest quarter, northwest quarter 237.71 feet to the center of Helmsburg County Road and the beginning; thence north 32 degrees 36 minutes 10 seconds west with said county road 347.05 feet; thence leaving said county road north 53 degrees 15 minutes 41 seconds east 168.00 feet; thence south 49 degrees 11 minutes 38 seconds east 430.94 feet; thence south 30 degrees 20 minutes 25 seconds east 206.25 feet; thence north 79 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds west 383.86 feet to the beginning, containing 2.662 acres more or less. Subject to Helmsburg County Road. Also, subject to all other legal rights of way and easements existing or of record affecting said real estate. The property is located at 841 Helmsburg Road in Washington Township. The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana. The Commission will hold a public hearing on March 23, 2010 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this petition by order of the Area Plan Commission. Written comment regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
