in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders
for Argent Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-
Through Certificates, Series 2006-W1, Plaintiff
vs.
Russell W. Slutz; Melissa D. Slutz; Phil Longenecker,
and Tracey Longenecker, Defendants.
NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the defendants above
named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notified that you have been sued
in the Court above named. The nature of the suit
is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property
located in Brown County at 7610 Centerlake
Rd., Nineveh, IN, 46164, legally described as: Lot
Number OES-92, Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat
Number 50 as set forth on Plat Book 1, Page 35,
(Now in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 132A) in the Office
of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Also:
Lot OES-93, Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat
Number 53 as set forth on Plat Book 1, Page 36,
(Now in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 133A) in the Office
of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. (hereafter
“Real Estate”). This summons by publication
is specifically directed to the following defendants
who may claim some interest in the Real Estate
and whose whereabouts are unknown: Russell
W. Slutz; Melissa D. Slutz; H. Phil Longenecker;
and Tracey Longenecker. You must respond to this
summons by publication, by you or your attorney,
on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice
of Suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a
default judgment may be entered against you for
the relief demanded in the Complaint.
