The Commissioners and the County Treasurer's Office have expressed the need for a Contractor/Vendor/Bank to provide technical assistance to the county in connection with the "Retail and Wholesale Lockbox Banking Services (Remittance Processing)" of real and personal property tax bills for Brown County for the 2009 pay 2010 tax season.
