By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0909-MF-0496 wherein PNC Mortgage, A Division Of PNC Bank, N.A. F/K/A National City Mortgage, A Division Of National City Bank was Plaintiff, and James C. Smidebush, Jane E. Smidebush and National City Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24 day of March, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Brown County Sheriff's Department 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana. Lot No. 20 in Pine Tree Hills, Phase III, according to the plat thereof as recorded September 25, 1997 in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 302, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. More commonly known as 105 Pine Hills Dr, Nashville, IN 47448. Parcel No. 07-07-18-100-184.000-005. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
