By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0801-MF-0045 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on Behalf of the Holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-8, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-8 was Plaintiff, and James W. McCann, III, Marcella R. Brock, Edwina Hickman and Daniel J. Tacheny, were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24 day of March, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Brown County Sheriff's Department 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
