NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a Default Judgment Entry and Decree of Foreclosure to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07-C01-0811-MF-0650, wherein Salin Bank and Trust Company was plaintiff, and Jeanette (Vandagrifft) Jackson (owner of record) was defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interests and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of March, 2010, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. of said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County, Indiana, at 55 State Rd 46E, Nashville, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate commonly known as 6402 Badger Drive, Nineveh, Indiana, located in Brown County, Indiana, and more fully described as follows, to-wit: Lot OES-546, Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 76 which plat is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 75 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
