By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0909-MF-0521. Plaintiff: GMAC Mortgage, LLC. Defendant: Marianna Fisher, et al.
