By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0810-MF-0610 wherein National Loan Investors, L.P. was plaintiff, and Regina A. Brooks, Steve L. Brooks, and Mark O.
