NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0810-MF-0610 wherein National Loan Investors, L.P. was plaintiff, and Regina A. Brooks, Steve L. Brooks, and Mark O. Herrin, were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of March, 2010 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana, to-wit: Part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 9 North, Range 3 East and both the East Tract and West Tract of Wright Minor Plat described as follows: Beginning 807.0 feet south of the Northeast corner of said Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence South 626.6 feet; thence with the center of the County Road South 76 degrees 22 minutes 54 seconds West 380.33 feet; thence South 78 degrees 57 minutes 54 seconds West 122.09 feet and South 83 degrees 14 minutes 54 seconds West 33.48 feet; thence North 01 degrees 22 minutes 34 seconds West 578.38 feet; thence North 85 degrees 33 minutes 06 seconds East with the South right-of-way of State Road #46 507.83 feet to the beginning, containing 7.89 acres, more or less. ALSO, an easement Fifty (50) feet by parallel lines off the entire West side in width and Fifty (50) feet in length off of the upper Northwest corner of the following described land, as recorded in Easement Record 7, page 65 in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana: Part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter and part of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 9 North, Range 3 East described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence North with the East line of said quarter quarter section 333.0 feet; thence North 86 degrees 37 minutes East 244.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes East 117.0 feet; thence Easterly with the South right-of-way of State Road #46 1036.9 feet; thence South with the East quarter quarter section line 448.2 feet; thence westerly with the center of Old State Road #46 549.2 feet; thence North 03 degrees 14 minutes West 180.6 feet; thence South 78 degrees 22 minutes West 745.8 feet to the beginning. NOTE: The acreage indicated in this legal description is solely for the purpose of identifying the real estate and does not insure the quantity of land. Property is commonly known as 4469 E. State Road 46, Nashville, IN. Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or laws.
